A wedding in Bhopal, India, and our flight arrived so early that we had practically the whole day to sight-see! The flute player and I hired a car and driver to take us around the city. It was Easter Sunday, and we took in a mosque, a Hindu temple, and an abandoned palace.
It was wonderful to get a chance to really see one of the cities I play in. So many times it’s just fly in for the wedding, go to a hotel, and then fly out the next morning. Seeing the diversity of this country is truly amazing. Something beautiful around every corner!
And then, for some reason, I forgot to take pictures of the actual wedding. Oops!
