Indianapolis Harpist {Wedding at Union Station}

What a grand and elegant venue for a wedding!  Stephanie and Rayton were married in the historic Union Station in downtown Indianapolis, conveniently attached to the Crowne Plaza hotel.  Guests who stayed there could even have a room in a converted train car!

The ceremony took place in the grand hall, and harp music greeted guests and family members as they arrived.  This included a medley of songs from the Harry Potter movies, “All My Loving” and “Hey Jude” by The Beatles, “Can’t Help Falling in Love,” and “A Thousand Years” from Twilight: Breaking Dawn.

The groomsmen entered to “Prelude in C” followed by the bridesmaids to “Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring” – both by J.S. Bach.  Stephanie’s processional music was “Canon in D.”

Lighting of the unity candle was accompanied by Ed Sheeran’s “Perfect,” and the recessional went back to traditional – “Wedding March” by Mendelssohn.  Guests exited the grand hall to the cocktail hour in the lobby.
