12 Corners Vineyard ~ Southwest Michigan Harpist

We had perfect weather for this Friday wedding!  It was held at 12 Corners Vineyard in Benton Harbor, Michigan, with the ceremony in the apple orchard and the reception in the nearby tent.

Southwest Michigan HarpistAs guests arrived, they listened to prelude music that featured Beatles hits and Irish traditional songs.  The wedding party came down the aisle to Debussy’s “Clair de Lune,” and the bride followed to “Canon in D” by Pachelbel.

During the unity ceremony, I played “All My Loving” by the Beatles.  For the recessional, they kept it upbeat and contemporary with Bruno Mars’ “Marry You.”  I returned to Irish and Beatles music for the postlude as the guests headed off to the cocktail hour.
