Studio Recital | Harp & Piano Lessons in South Bend

Last Thursday was my annual formal spring studio recital, in which my pre-college harp and piano students performed for family, friends, and other students.  Just like last year, the recital was held at Evangelical Covenant Church in South Bend.

The program included:

The Bat-Cat-Hat-Flat Song (Greta C.)

The Little Red Caboose (Noa K.)

Goodnight, Golden Moon (Rylie W.)

The Llama (El’ad K.)

Lollipops and Butterflies (Anna B.)

The Foggy Dew (Jaedyn H.)

Echoes of Egypt (Mark B.)

Prowling in the Moonlight (Emma H.)

Suite in G Major (Lara C.)

Allegro (Claire C.)

Oquirrh Mountains Shining (Claire C.)

Chicago Jazzland Dance (Camille A.)

Clair de Lune (Camille A.)

Following the recital, we had an awards presentation for those students who participated in the Achievement in Music (AIM) festival last fall, and the winners of the 2012 practice challenge.  Everyone enjoyed frozen yogurt and conversation at the reception.
