Not all of the events I play for here are weddings! This was for the grand opening of a department store in Pune. Not too far of a drive from Mumbai, it was exciting to get out on the road – and see the monkeys!
There were two small stages set up at the entrance to the store. The harp was on one, and the flute player was across from me on the other. We alternated playing Bollywood hits, so customers coming and going would have the chance to hear both instruments.
