During the holidays, parties are held any night of the week! This Tuesday evening event was a fundraiser for the Governor Duncan Mansion, and held at Hamilton’s 100 Northeast in Jacksonville, Illinois.
As guests arrived and perused the silent and live auction items, I played holiday classics, from “O Holy Night” to “Frosty, the Snowman.”
Those in attendance enjoyed a wonderful dinner and a rendition of “Twas the Night before Christmas” by the local living legend, Dr. Bone.
December dates always fill up early on my calendar, so if you are interested in having harp music for your holiday event (corporate, family, or community), please contact me as soon as you have a date finalized! You can read more on my website – Central Illinois Harpist – and contact me for rates and availability.
