Harpist in Northern Indiana – Outdoor Wedding in Syracuse

The weather is finally fall-like, with wedding decor to match!  Taylor and Cory were married in the pavilion at the Wawasee Area Conservancy Foundation.  The space was filled with gold fabrics, fall leaves, lanterns, and pumpkins.

I played prelude harp music as guests arrived.  Once the families were ready to be seated, I switched to “At Last” for their entrance.  The wedding party ~ three flower girls and one ring bearer ~ also came down the aisle to this piece.  They were adorable, and played their parts perfectly!

Taylor’s processional was “Unchained Melody.”  She is a wedding photographer, and chose pieces that are familiar, but not the most traditional ceremony music choices.  Classic and elegant all the way!

During the ceremony, the couple planted a tree using soil from their respective childhood homes.  Throughout this time, I played “Marry Me” by Train.  The recessional was “Bless the Broken Road” by Rascal Flatts.

Following the ceremony, everyone headed to the lake for the reception dinner cruise.  They would return to the pavilion later that evening for a bonfire.  What a perfect autumn wedding day!

I play for weddings throughout the Northern Indiana region and beyond, so contact me about adding harp music to your day!  More information on my website:  Northern Indiana Wedding Music.
