Central Illinois Wedding Music ~ Ceremony at Hamilton’s 110 North East

Andrea and Phillip were married on Black Friday at Hamilton’s 110 Northeast.  A much better way to spend the day than with the crowds out shopping!  Their ceremony was in the Fireside Room, followed by the reception in the South Ballroom.

As guests arrived, I played a selection of Beatles and other popular songs of that era, including “All My Loving,” “A Groovy Kind of Love,” and “Here Comes the Sun.”  The music for the family seating was “Trumpet Voluntary,” with “Canon in D” for the wedding party to come down the aisle.  The “Bridal March from Skjevik” was Andrea’s processional song.

During the lighting of the unity candle, I played “Winter” from Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons lightly in the background.  The recessional was the traditional “Wedding March” by Mendelssohn.  I continued to play postlude music as guests exited the ceremony space and made their way to the reception.
