Last year, I played for the reception at a conference at the Genesis Heart Institute, and the hosts were so delighted with the Arabic music I played that they invited me back again!
Along with contemporary songs from artists such as Ed Sheeran, Adele, and Coldplay, I played some light classical music and popular Arabic pieces, including “Bint el Shalabiya,” “Shayif el-Bahr,” and “El Hiwa Di.”
