The most popular and well-known song from Andrew Lloyd Webber's 1981 musical, Cats, it is sung by the character Grizabella. Elaine Paige originated the role on London's West End, and the song has also been recorded by Barry Manilow and Barbra Streisand. I have played this for corporate and private parties for many occasions.
