As Surat is not too far away from Mumbai, we drove instead of flew to the city. Along the way, I was in my first legitimate cow-created traffic jam!
This was also at an outdoor party plot, and the stages they constructed for the event, along with the lighting, were fantastic.
I was joined for this event by a couple of other entertainers – dancers from Russia. If I thought traveling with a harp was difficult, they had to bring multiple costume changes, all with large, feathery pieces!
