Liz and Patrick had the most beautiful day for their outdoor wedding! With clear blue skies above, guests gathered at The Edgewater in Madison, ready to celebrate the ceremony overlooking Lake Mendota. The white floral arch was a lovely centerpiece, with the wedding party dressed in shades of blue and purple.

As guests arrived, I played a variety of popular songs on the harp, including “Stand By Me,” “Hallelujah,” “All of Me,” “Somewhere Over the Rainbow,” and “Fields of Gold.” The family and wedding party processional music was Pachelbel’s “Canon in D.”

Liz came down the aisle to “Can’t Help Falling in Love,” and the unity sand ritual was performed to the country song “Bless the Broken Road.”

To conclude the ceremony, they chose the recessional “This Will Be (An Everlasting Love)” by Natalie Cole. As guests exited to the cocktail hour, popular harp music continued, including “Signed, Sealed, Delivered” by Stevie Wonder.

I love working with couples to customize their unique ceremony music! Whether you prefer classical, contemporary, or a little bit of everything, it all sounds amazing on the harp! Visit my website ~ Madison Harpist ~ to inquire about having a harpist for your wedding.
