I’ve played at the Waterford at Edison assisted living facility several times over the years, from open houses to Christmas dinners. Most recently, I was invited back to play for their Mother’s Day Dinner!
Residents and their families enjoyed their meal in the dining room, accompanied by live harp music. I played songs they would likely recognize, including:
- Somewhere Over the Rainbow from The Wizard of Oz
- You Are My Sunshine
- Edelweiss from The Sound of Music
- Love Me Tender
- Unchained Melody
…along with many other familiar classics and popular music from the 1950’s & 1960’s.
