Harpist in Northwest Arkansas | Eureka Springs Wedding Musician

I was back at the gorgeous Thorncrown Chapel outside of Eureka Springs, Arkansas, for the second time this month – this time for the microwedding of Lindsay and Felix. Intimate weddings are such a wonderful trend, that I’m glad has stayed around post-pandemic. Big weddings with large guest lists are fun, but there is something special about spending this most important of days with only the very closest of your family and friends. You can always have the big party later to celebrate, too!

Prelude music, including some Barbra Streisand songs the mother of the bride loves, welcomed guests into the chapel. There was no wedding party, and the bride chose “Glasgow Theme” from Love Actually for her walk down the aisle.

“Marry You” by Bruno Mars was the recessional, followed by more harp music for the postlude. I was sure to include the song “Lover” by Taylor Swift, as it was the bride’s original choice for her processional. Sometimes it’s difficult to choose, so I always try to play the one that didn’t make the cut for the highlighted portions of the ceremony at a time the couple will still hear it!
