For the third time, I was welcomed back to perform at the Jacksonville Public Library’s “Music Under the Dome” concert series – to another packed house!
The solo harp concert included Romantic and Contemporary era harp selections, folk songs from around the world, Broadway & movie hits, and pieces related to some of my recent international performances.
The program was:
- Star of the County Down (Irish)
- Haru No Ogawa (Japanese)
- La Paloma Azul (Mexican)
- I See You My Beloved (Czech)
- Esquisse & Danse d’Autrefois from Feuillets d’album by Henriette Renie
- Serenade melancolique from Feuillets d’automne by Alphonse Hasselmans
- Chanson dans la nuit by Carlos Salzedo
- I Get a Kick out of you from Anything Goes
- Edelweiss from The Sound of Music
- All I Ask of You from Phantom of the Opera
- A Million Dreams from The Greatest Showman
- O Re Piya from the Bollywood Movie Aaja Nachle
- Aatini el-nay (Arabic)
- An American in Paris & Rhapsody in Blue by George Gershwin
I love working with libraries, community groups, and schools to bring the harp to a wider audience! Visit my website ~ The Classic Harpist ~ to contact me for details about having a public or private concert, educational presentation, or other performance in your area.
