One of the highlights of the evening came during the reception room reveal. As guests entered the beautifully decorated dining room for the first time, we performed “Can You Feel the Love Tonight,” from Disney’s The Lion King, adding a sense of anticipation and celebration as everyone experienced the space together.
Immediately afterward, the couple shared a video of their destination wedding ceremony in Boracay, Philippines, allowing friends and family who had been unable to attend to witness the meaningful ceremony. Their imam then offered heartfelt remarks about the importance of bringing together different cultures, families, and communities in peace, concluding with a prayer over the newlyweds.
