Chattanooga Harpist ~ Wedding at the Church on Main

The holidays allow you to more easily schedule a wedding any day of the week – like a Monday!  This New Year’s Eve Eve ceremony took place at The Church on Main in Chattanooga, Tennessee.  Even though it was a weekday, everyone was ready to celebrate with Emily and Hunter!

They had their ceremony on one side of the old church, with the reception on the other side of a curtain.  Two full set-ups, with no need to flip the room in between!  You could see the harp through the arched windows of the historic church.

The prelude music for guest arrival and seating included popular contemporary love songs, such as “Perfect” by Ed Sheeran, “Marry Me” by Train, and “Everything I Do, I Do it for You” by Bryan Adams.  The family and wedding party entrance music was “Can’t Help Falling in Love.”

Emily opted for “A Thousand Years” from Twilight: Breaking Dawn for her processional.  At the conclusion of the ceremony, the DJ played the recessional as they opened the curtains and welcomed guests into the reception.

I play for weddings in Chattanooga, Knoxville, and throughout East Tennessee.  Find out more on my website ~ Tennessee Wedding Harpist.

This was my last wedding for 2019.  What a wonderful year, celebrating with so many couples as they began their married lives together!  Looking forward to more in 2020 and beyond!
