Fort Wayne Wedding Trio ~ Harp, Violin, & Cello

A harp alone is fabulous, but I also offer a variety of other ensembles to create the perfect custom sound for your wedding!  This couple opted for a trio of harp, violin, and cello for their October wedding.  The venue changed due to the pandemic, but they were able to keep their original date.

The ceremony took place in the Atrium of Events at the Summit.  The trio was set up behind the guests, which gave us the perfect view of the processional.  We played popular and folk music for the prelude as guests arrived, including “Blackbird” by The Beatles, “Concerning Hobbits” from Lord of the Rings, and “Candle on the Water” from Pete’s Dragon.

Family members were seated to “Sunrise, Sunset” from Fiddler on the Roof, and the bridal party processional was “Rainbow Connection” from The Muppet Movie.  “The Swan” by the French composer Saint-Saens was chosen for the bridal march.

During the ceremony, we played “Can’t Help Falling in Love” for the unity ritual (they distributed homemade cookies to their guests!), then “Here Comes the Sun” for the recessional.  The postlude included Star Wars‘ “Throne Room,” “Storybook Love” from The Princess Bride, and Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah.”
